What Is Your Return Policy?
All items being returned must be unworn/unused in original condition, hanger/garment bag included, tags attached, and returned within 10 days of receiving your shipment. If returns are shipped back past the 10 day return window, store credit will then be applied. All returns must include the original packing slip or order confirmation to be able to process upon receiving. If conditions are not met, District 5 Boutique has the right to deduct 10% from total return amount.
*Returns will be processed and refunded/credited within 10-14 business days after receiving merchandise back at our facility.
When selecting the size on the product page, it will state one of the below:
In Stock: Returnable for a full refund
Ships in 3-5/5-7 Days (or stated month): Returnable for store credit or exchange of different size or style.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders: These orders cannot be cancelled after placing and are returnable for store credit or exchange only.
In Stock* Final Sale: No returns
*In the event of your return of a Special Order or Pre-Order, you will be issued full credit into your account which will never expire. The credit will be available when you sign into your account through www.district5boutique.com
*If returning an order where store credit was applied, the refund will be in the form of store credit as well
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our policy. We will work with you in every way possible if your dress choice did not work out. We will undoubtedly help you find an alternative dress, and continue until you have the perfect one. At District 5, our mission to accommodate women in every way possible in helping you make the right online dress decision.
You can request a Pre-Paid return label be sent if not already included in your shipment. Log into Your Order and "Request Return". Packing Order with Instructions will be sent with every order and must be included in your return.
