Returns and Exchanges

We operate on a "Store Credit Only" policy for returns and exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your ready to wear online (excludes special or custom orders) purchase, you may return it within 10 business days from the date it was received to receive store credit or exchange for the same or greater value. For online orders, simply use the return label provided within your package, if for some reason you do not see one, reach out to us and we will provide it right away by email or Log into Your Order and "Request Return". For in-store purchases please contact customer service for a return shipping label. (shipping fees may apply)
Packing Slips with Instructions will be sent with every order and must be included within your return.
Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure it meets our requirements and will contact you if we are not able to accept and provide our reason or we will provide you with notification that your store credit has been issued and ready to use for your next purchase. Once your credit is issued please allow our amazing product specialists to assist you with your next selection.
*Final Sales items purchased are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
*Custom-made dress requires a significant amount of time and resources; we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made dresses. Additionally, any modifications made to the dress after it has been delivered to the customer will also render the dress non-returnable.
*If returning an order where store credit was applied, the refund will be in the form of store credit as well, less shipping fees/restocking fees. All store credits issued will expire from the date of the original purchase, not the exchange date.
In-Store Purchase Policy:
We understand that shopping for Gowns and Dresses can be a difficult and time-consuming process, and we strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our products to help you make an informed decision. We encourage you to take your time and seek the advice of our on-site and knowledgeable consultants before making a purchase.
All in-store by appointment only, cannot be returned for any reason. This policy applies to all items purchased in-store.
. *Please note that all same-day delivery gowns and dresses are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanging your order? You will not be responsible for restocking fees but will be required to pay shipping fees for your next purchase.
- Returns are required to have a 15% restocking fee along with shipping fees deducted prior to issuance of store credit for future use within 1 year from the date original purchase was received.
- Store Credit will be issued by deducting the fees outlined above.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date you have received your original purchase. Your store credit will be readily available by signing into your account through www.district5boutique.com
- All returns and exchanges must be received in the original packaging, including the packing slip that was provided and with all tags attached and are required to be in the same condition as it was photographed, and video recorded prior to shipping. No perfumes, makeup, deodorant, wear, or damage will be accepted.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our policy. We will work with you in every way possible if your dress choice did not work out. We will undoubtedly have our procurement team assist you in finding an alternative dress and continue until you have the perfect one. At District 5, our mission is to accommodate women in every way possible by helping you make the right online dress decision.
It is vital that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need assistance in sharing your correct information please contact email@example.com prior to your item being shipped.
District 5 Boutique is not responsible for any packages shipped where the customer did not provide the exact address and/or additional instructions required by the customer. (i.e. including but not limited to: signature upon delivery, leave at post office for pick up or other shipping providers hub)

Restocking Fee: You will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling the returned shipment.
